Guardianship for Court Staff

This course provides Court Staff with information designed to improve understanding of the legal mechanics of establishing, modifying and terminating a Guardianship, a discussion of alternatives to guardianship, the duties of Guardian of the Person and Guardian of the Estate and a summary of best practices including case studies of important concepts.  Also included is a historical overview and the basic foundations of Guardianship.  (6 courses are included)
