| This two-weekend program will help you become a faster, smarter reader and a more effective student. You will learn several speed reading techniques, as well as comprehension, concentration, and retention strategies. You will also learn how to adapt your approach based on the type of material you are reading and your purpose as a reader. Instruction for this course is provided by the Institute of Reading Development. This is the only Speed Reading and Study Skills course that will be offered this academic year.
