Instructor Rachel Woods will guide you to discover your predominant conflict style and learn to employ various styles to achieve positive results in your professional life. This course emphasizes experiential learning activities including self- and group-assessments, role-playing, round table discussions, goal setting, and action planning. You’ll raise your self-awareness and discover techniques that can enhance work satisfaction, increase confidence, reduce stress, and improve results. Adults 18 and older are welcome.
