Learn basic paddle strokes and maneuvers for stand up paddle boarding with instructor Elissa Newton. Together, the class will explore the Brazos River including the McLane Stadium and other nearby coves. Students will wear life jackets at all times and must be comfortable sustaining self in deep water while wearing a life jacket. Please bring a towel and wear secure shoes and a bathing suit or clothes you can get wet in to each session.
