Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt Training

Given the widely used lean six sigma tools in today’s business environment, this course is designed to provide an understanding of lean processes and to introduce students to the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) cycle of process improvement.  Students will earn a green belt certificate of training for this course.  Students can earn a full green belt certification following the successful completion of a facilitated project outside the course (additional cost).
