Planning and Evaluation Essentials for Nonprofits

« back to classes page
CourseGraphic

Nonprofit leaders are mission-driven individuals who are passionate about meeting the needs of others. This course will provide a framework for nonprofit leaders to use as they develop their organization's mission and programs. With Megan Henderson, you will discuss how strategic planning of programs contributes to their success or failure. You will also learn how to evaluate a program's effectiveness in a way that leads to program improvement. Planning and evaluation are not the "beginning" and "end" of a nonprofit's work - they are important skills that nonprofit leaders use continuously to increase the positive impact of their organization's work.
